Hotel is located in the heart of town, surrounded by many restaurants and souvenir shops - couldn't be better😁 Rooms are spacious with all you need. Breakfast option is available - I was amazed with selection.

The hotel is a little bit outdated and would need some "face-lifting" here and there. However, its merits outweigh everything else. The hotel is located perfectly. The room I had was specious with some nice old furniture, a huge balcony which looks out on the main market. I had access to the kitchen, so what else could I wish for?

Can do for a 2* Hotel but I’ve been to no star and of much better quality. This place is majorly worn out and needs to be refreshed. It has a huge parking lot in the backyard which is a great thing. Another good one is the location, right in the centre of the town and that you might get a room with a nice view, The breakfast is barely edible though, real coffee nonexistent. There are better places in Polanica even for a one night road trip stay.

Nice place to stay for a short trip. Clean rooms. Food was ok as we we were veg and did not have much options to eat.

The location in the center is probably assumed by the owner - the facility is already old and the standard is closer to a guesthouse. You can feel the breeze of the 90s, both in the rooms and in the breakfast menu, eggs in mayonnaise that you don't eat today will be in egg paste tomorrow, when there are fewer guests, the breakfast buffet remains without service, so you may not get the sausages, and if they are, they will be cold... .a bit weak because it can be easily understood. Clean rooms, comfortable mattresses, hot water stops after the morning toilet and returns only around 11 a.m. - considering that you pay for your stay, someone saves your money and your head after breakfast in hot water, you won't wash your head in hot water, the price-quality ratio is ok, but the facility and the method of management require changes

A very nice hotel in a great location right next to the promenade. The rooms are modest but nice. A balcony with a table and chairs and a view from it enhances the charm of the place. Nice service. The breakfast was simple but tasty. Unfortunately, there was no hot food, although I was counting on energetic scrambled eggs, but a coffee machine with good coffee compensates somewhat for the shortcomings. It's not a super modern five-star hotel 😉 but I highly recommend it.

People want to sleep, but no, roadworks first thing in the morning to wake everyone up Don't expect anything from this hotel, the pillowcase is broken, garbage left by previous guests, breakfast is either cold or very cold. And there's nothing to do in the area.
